It's long. It's boring. I did try. And I am very bored at work this week, in case you can't tell.

The girls have always favoured girls in BSC. I don't know why. Maybe it's rooting for the underdog, but I always found the babysat-for boys less annoying than the girls. Maybe because of the favouritism. I guess all-boy families are okay with them, but if a boy has an sister (always a younger sister, because girls are ALWAYS the youngest) she gets favoured. Except in some sibling cases. Jessi seems to be equal with Becca and Squirt, and Mal hates her siblings on the same level. Karen, of course, is to be favoured above all others.

I guess Jamie might be an exception, because his sister is a baby and they're both abandoned all the time while their mother goes down the street to read a sign she can't read from her house.

I think 21 kids could get the house in a state. I remember 13-year olds, and being 13. 13-year-olds are monsters, even supervised.

Not all the sisters were younger. Haley Braddock is older than Matt, Norman Hill's evil sister is older, and there are several others.

Gah, I didn't know about Norman's sister. She should be locked in a room with Karen.

True, but it seems like almost all the babies are girls. Skylar (except for that one where the ghostie refers to her as a HIM), Lucy, Andrea, Marnie, Laura, Emily, Eleanor Marshall. Well, there's Squirt, but that's all I can think of.

What about all-girl families? The girls obviously prefer Andrea over Jenny, because Jenny's a horrible demon child who is condemned as naughty and bratty when she does the same stuff Karen does. As for the Perkinses...they're equally liked, because they're just toooooo perfect heh. Come to think of it...are there any other all-girl families?

I think Shannon's family is all girls...but you're right. All the all-girls are probably automatically massively inferior to the Perkinseseses. Same with any gender. That's the hierarchy of babysitting. It goes like this:

PERKINSES
Karen
All the other girls except Jenny
The boys
Jackie
The dogs someone (Kristy?) babysat for in the first book.
A wild boar
Jenny

I'd put Karen over the Perkinses, because while they adore the Perkinses, they don't enable them and make excuses when they do something bad. Then again, I don't think they ever did anything bad LOL. And I'd put Jamie Newton over "the boys," because the girls all adore him, even though they ruined his birthday party.

You forgot to put exclamation points after "Perkinses." Also, you forgot to put "a rock" before Jackie. :-)

Among the babysat-for, there are also the Arnold twins.

Sorry, there's also Nina and Eleanor Marshall, and The Complete Guide to the Baby-Sitters Club says another all-girl client family, the Craines, are in Mystery #3 and #62.
