(no subject)
I woke up really really late today; was supposed to meet Ana & Lynn at Bishan at 10.30am, but I just slept through the alarms =p. Reached late, but then, Ana &Lynn were late too. haha.
Headed to Bishan Library, which is sooo nice; I love the little, sorta private corners. But it was really crowded, full of school kids mugging for their exams. Worked on HMC there, kinda rushed through it, then went to print & bind it. I really felt relieved when we handed it in. Now, we've HMC presentation & TDMC left.
Finally watched The Devil Wears Prada @ cine with Lynn & Carlos.
Meryl Streep is sooo pretty & Anne Hathaway's one of my fav actresses, cos of The Princess Daries. I love the way Meryl said "that's all" in the movie, and she really is an excellent actress; her character's one you would love to hate. I love the part nearing the end where she looked older & really tired & was talking about divorce & the twins; that showed her as being more human, but, she just suddenly switched back. It's an awesome movie, I would love to go watch it again.
Had dinner at some Japanese place; can't remember the name. Then we went to Borders, spent quite a while there, cos Lynn wanted to look for notebooks. Decided to get ice cream at NYDC after that.
It's been a long day (got back around 11.30pm), but it was fun & relaxing. And in a sense, I guess it was like a reward for completing half of the group projects.
I shall attempt to get some work done for the HMC slides now. =D
