9/30: Relax, this isn't against HIPAA.
After getting report on the 2 patients I would be working with today, I started to make myself a little booklet of the patient printouts/summaries of the patients orders, meds, etc. As a reminder for which patient is which, I write the patient's room number and initials on the bottom of the first page of their printout. Where am I going with this?
