So my non-work life has been quite busy lately (mostly with fun stuff, which is awesome, but still: BUSY), and my work life has been on the busier side, and is probably about to get extremely busy, as one of my friends/co-workers is leaving the company and I am going to be thrown into her job (which I am not remotely qualified to do) until they can ( Read more... )

...I am going to have such a hard time explaining to my friends why I have to stay home on Friday nights and watch the goofy Swat team show. Not fair, Hugh.

Heeee. At least it will hopefully be less traumatizing than Durham County. I was looking at that this weekend (FRTDNNEATJ) and OMG, I think I'd blocked out just how intense it was. Meep!

Seriously. That show gave me nightmares. Could they have made a creepier villain? I was half expecting a reveal at the end where he sprouts little horns and a tail: "Look! He really is Satan!"

Fun fact: according to Hard Core Roadshow the actor who played Mr. Probably Satan Due To Extreme Levels Of Creepy on Durham County was a candidate they were considering early on for the role of Joe Dick. Yeah. Seriously.
