Dude, I can totally hear Joe saying that. I really love this; it's so achy and sad but Joe is just so devoted and Billy is kind of swept up in it all and you really capture that well.

Absolutely. I love that Billy knows this, and he runs anyway.

Joe's never going to step on a stage again without Billy next to him, pushing him, breathing his air, pulling him inside out and putting him back together.

Oh. Wow. Yeah, I completely buy that, and it makes so much sense that I can't believe it didn't occur to me before as a reason for the end of the movie.

I'm impressed, and a little awed.
