Heads or Tails

There's nothing in this world I hate more, than ambiguity. Okay, I'm told I have the tendency to fall into the trap of hyperbole, so maybe there are a few things I hate more - Nuclear War, Earthquakes, Mushrooms, Kanye West, Liars, Cheaters, pumpkin eaters...but for today, we're going to talk about ambiguity.

I, like probably every other person in the world, hate not knowing where I stand. I don't like the uncertainty, the vagueness. Give me answers and give them to me in clear terms. Unfortunately the world doesn't work like this. I know I have to deal with it, but sometimes I just want to throw my hands in the air, stomp my feet, and have a tantrum because I just want everything to make sense. I want to know where I'm standing the minute I'm standing there. Not a day later, not a week later, not two weeks later. I could just give up and choose to ignore or not care about something, someone, someplace. But really, as much as I don't want to live my life waiting for some big answer, I don't want to live my life not caring what the answer is.

So I guess I just wait, and hope, and pray things get a little clearer.
