Watching Pump Up the Volume and it reminds me of high school... I LOVED this movie -- "eat your cereal with a fork and do your homework in the dark". Plus it stars Samantha Mathis -- who, ever since I found out she was the half-sister of someone I went to Paris with, I've sorta been fascinated by. PLUS she once dated Adam Duritz -- the lyricist of lyricists (what can i say? he speaks to me!!) Anyway, the movie even takes place in Arizona... I miss it -- Arizona.. and, even though it was tumultous, I miss my youth...

even though i'm busy, and doing all sorts of different stuff, why does everything feel so mundane?
