Of books and men...
Yesterday was a funny day. I went to the institute in the morning and had a chat with Sandra (technical assistant) and Benny (keeper apprentice) while having breakfast. They came up with the subject of imagining the life one of the older keepers, M. Gosh, M. is the annoying guy who always tries to flirt with me and not only with me…he watches each female ass’…just horrible. Well, he always tells us about his holidays in Asia…yeah asia!!…he claims to visit China, but I’m afraid it’s most probably Thailand instead all the time…lol. And we all know what that means if a 50year old man travels to Thailand…well, it’s not that hard to imagine. M. once told me he’s searching for women via the net(which isn’t bad, but well…you should know him)…so…next step for folks like him is trying to buy one, hahaha. The others got a bit over the top with the subject though…I just can’t repeat what they imagined him to do…
In the afternoon I had another of my famous incidents at the supermarket again. I bought some sort of special hot chocolate powder…and at the cash-point a male voice from behind said something like: ‘Oh, how interesting…I didn’t know they sell it overhere!’ The voice was quite nice…I turned around and there he was…a little sea-lion…in his 40ies, fat, sporting a comb over and a moustache…YEEHAW! How lovely! It was really hard to suppress my laughter and I just smiled, because I couldn’t get out a word without bursting into laughter.
Today I gave up reading the second book of the year…I think I’ll write some more about it tomorrow…I’m not going to torture me through books for the sake of reading lots of books…definitely not.
