grad school sucks
I had a very nice weekend. I am tired now so I am going to bed soon, but it was extremely eventful which is probably bad because that means I haven't really worked on the 21 case studies and summaries I have to complete by thursday along with a chapter facilitation paper, field experience paper, and write out an IEP for a hypothetical student. Hmph.
but the weekend..... very nice. Thurday night was a shitshow at Brad's with Kate (roomate) getting kicked out for dancing on the bar and we found another PACT-er passed out in the bush next to the dorm (funny at the time but kinda scary now that I think about it) Jason Mraz concert on Friday night with Matt, Kate and Paul (my concert buddy, of course) along with Rocco's for dinner and bubble tea from Empire (where I saw Amy yay!). Saturday was LOVELY -- weather, activities etc. We all went out to the Corner Cafe for breakfast (newporters: can you tell we enjoy broadway?) then I wicked splurged on a new bag and wallet... prada and gucci... I am a label whore and they are both fake, of course! And I bought them at the classy Angel Nails. LOL. Oh well, they are beautiful and I don't care. Then we toured Marble House which I had never been to and then drove on OD. Matt and Kate were both in love with newport. It was a fun time.
Today I did *some* work and then went to my Dad's for dinner with Grammy which was nice. Now time for bed because I have class in the morning. No one else does though. Boooo.
