It's been right around freezing and sunny for a week or so now, which is nice to look at out the windows of the cafe, but not so nice to be out in. Everyone wants it to be warmer out, it seems like. Bring back the rain, say I.
I went to the Clinton-Division Business Association luncheon meeting with my boss and one of the managers from her catering business. It was sort of boring, sort of fun, and filled with old businesspeople. The more I dabble in the business world, the more I see why those people are so cutthroat. I had six cups of coffee and tried to hold down the number of bathroom trips.
Stuff with the new band, Bonglörd, has been going very well. Mark and I have written a few songs, two of which I want to record first, "Hog Jowls," b/w "Poppy Seed Tea." Maybe we'll have something internet worthy soon.
