i'm up late, listening to patty griffin and girlyman and thinking about being a musician who owns a guitar but plays the autoharp...who does her homework and longs for time and space to make a children's album with mindy garner and her other musical friends...we want to call it circle songs and lullabies...but the question of motivation, time, and the damned demands of our men (my man?) interfere
