The finale was fun to watch, but my inner logician is still shivering in a dark corner of my mind, refusing to come out and muttering something about "they earned it!"

Towards the end when they saw both of them, and then after the final scene, I sort of just presumed that the two of them together was a manifestation of God, or Gods, or "a force of nature" or whatever. Sort of a Yin/Yang, Light/Dark dichotomy. Which is which? Who knows... but it seemed like an interesting way to look at it.
I thought some of the ending was cheesy, but I actually rather liked the ambiguity.
Oh, and "The Plan" isn't written by Moore and Eick...

It was the only happy ending! Besides, they'll be busy with the AllSpark for a few thousand years....
