So, I haven't posted any comics here in a while (probably a month). I'm sorry about that internet. It's not that I don't love you anymore, it's just that I've been... you know... really busy at work and... you know... focusing on myself lately. But I can change! I promise!
Here's the latest comic, and my favorite recent comic. Just for you, baby.
But, first, a bit of strange and pleasing coincidence. A couple of years ago, I was a finalist in the Union of Concerned Scientists' Cartoon Contest (that's probably not what it was called, but I like alliteration). The winner was a cartoonist named James Macleod, a funny cartoonist and an actual scientist (a combination the world needs more of)! The other day, I was reading the weblog of one of my favorite writers: lefty sci-fi writer Ken Macleod (you should drop what you're doing, and immediately pick up his books. And also pressure your favorite publisher to pick-up his latest, still not available in the US), and discovered he's the older brother of the aforementioned cartoonist/scientist! Howzaboutthat?
Anyway, not that it's important, just kind of funny.
**Edit** Oops, it turns out Mr. Macleod isn't a scientist, but an historian! I still stand by my above opinions, just run a "find and replace" with "scientist" and "historian."
