Disintering Eclectic Salvages
I have been busy with Salvage runs, having a lot of fun with it. Granted, there have been times where we fail horribly a run or two, but making up for those times are the innumerable successes obtaining, say, Morrigan's coat x3, the Usukane's pants, Skadi's feet x3. Those are what I can remember now.
For myself, I'm 2/3 on both Usukane's pants and skadi's feet. My cor and nin will be happy for sure once I finally kick Archaic Chariot in its groin to make it drop the level 35 pieces. For now, it's time to wait so luck can once again shine upon us in Arra remnant. Latest Arra run, I can't even bring myself to bolster up words of disgusts and revulsions since we lacked a THF. Need I say more?
So I hoisted up my forum research skills and found a full Mobipocket readable version of the 7th HP book. I've been having multiple orgasms reading it. I feel very privilege, albeit a bit wrong, to find this online and reaping the work from its author. Then again, I will still buy the book to complete my copies at home. Just I get to read it while being bore at work, which is absolutely gratifying.
It's not hard to discern the original copy of the HP 7 book from its many "adaptations" if you just pay a bit attention to the tone and the voice. You can't tell me after the previous six books, you cannot tell which one is Rowling because I simply won't believe you. Even if you're a six year old reading them.
A bit disappointed during our last Sky run. I think it was cool how Byakko wasn't being stingy twice in a row, dropping its pants, but despite that I didn't get it so more waiting for me. Like many people post-Sky updates, I have been waiting for this item a long time, along with Osode. Still waiting. My nin isn't being used at all though. Lately, I've been told to come only on WHM and BLM, which I don't mind really. Just wish I can go on nin once in a while to sharpen my nin-playing skills. And perhaps I can use it for say monk or war, which I'm thinking of leveling next after COR. Well can't really get ahead of myself seeing how I haven't touched it since Sunday. Weekends are the only days when I actually have time to level anything.
Right now though I wouldn't trade leveling for Salvage, but since it costs 1,500 AP per run and every Assault that's repeated (that I know of) gives maxinum 1200 AP. And with my supply of AP dwindling, I cannot attend every Salvage run every day. I would have to skip one or two in a week soon. Then ppl told me that T8 or T9 assault gives a lot of AP, 1500/3ppl. I have seen it actually but only because I haven't cleared them before. Last night, we did Marids in the Midst, a very fun assault actually. I got 1541 for it w/ six ppl going, armband, and all Marids neutralized. It's not gonna give you 1500 per six ppl run for sure. They say Red vs. Blue is the one assault that you should spam for AP since it does give 1500/3ppl repeated run.
Did I mention how gay Zhayolm Remnant boss is? Yeah... >.>
Anyways, pre-grats to Ethican and Bobdeezz on Morrigan's robe. They'd have to somehow get x12 ingots for it first though. And we all know how expensive the prices on these are nowadays...
