Update, finally
I’m elated to report that I got up this morning to the following:
1) I can’t pay all my bills this month. Don’t know quite what to do about this, yet.
2) My desk is covered with 6 inches of paperwork representing numerous unfinished pieces of business.
3) I am feeling a little unwell this morning, but part of this is simple lack of exercise. I will remedy this today.
4) My apartment is a mess. I must make a dent in it.
5) Sim is wonderful; he called me up before I went to bed last night to check on me and touch base. He’s been spoiling me: Every morning he cooks a large breakfast for both of us before he goes to work. Alas, I have no hot breakfast to eat this morning. Oh well.
I’m feeling a little blue these past couple of days; unemployment is really getting to me now. I promised myself that taking some concrete steps this morning would make me feel better. I think maybe I’ll start by doing the dishes and clearing off my desk. Anyway, more later. Love, BK
