I love summer weekends!

Saturday (June 2nd):
- Chris took and passed his NR-Paramedic practical exam!
- Played tennis with Puckett, Eric & Sarah
- Chilled at the Pucketts' for a bit
- Drove to the Maumee Bay Resort in Ohio for Joe & Nikki's wedding and had so much fun that we stayed overnight in the really cool cabins that were pretty much small apartments!

Sunday:
- Had breakfast with the wedding folk
- Crashed for a while in the afternoon at home
- Had dinner with the rents at Pizza Hut

This coming weekend we're going back to Maumee, OH for some camping with the fam. Next weekend we might be doing some more camping with friends. I love it! I really want to spend as many summer weekends as possible camping! Especially if it's by some water!

Some things that have been going on lately:
- Christopher and I are planning on a trip to the Dominican Republic with some friends this coming August. Cross your fingers that our passports get processed quickly!

- The July MS Tour is coming up.

- My 28th birthday is right around the corner. I really haven't cared much about birthdays but the closer I get to 30 the more I want time to stop. For whatever reason, I am just not ready to grow up yet.... still! There's so much more I still want to do. I'm not ready for the "house with the picket fence with 2.5 kids, 2 cats, 1 dog, and no fun" life yet! Why is life so stinkin' short anyway?! I kind of like it!

- We played wallyball last night and it was soooo much fun!!!

- We've scheduled a canoeing/camping trip in August already too!

- I'm thinking about going back on a strict diet to get down to the 110 lbs that I want to be at but I know that the last 5 lbs are going to be tough!

- I've been running more but it's boring so I want to be more active. Tennis, basketball, anything active outside... that's what I'm looking for. So call me if you want to do anything like that with me! It could be hacky sack (which I am not too bad at by the way). I don't care!

- I have decided that it is just the group of people that I now work with that I don't like and it's not my job really. If you know of an easy way to make lots of money (besides prostitution) please let me know about it!

- I still can't believe Christopher passed his Medic exam. I mean I can. I've always known he was capable. More than capable. He's pretty much the smartest dude I know, but it's kind of like a dream realized for us. He is reaching long term career goals. It makes me very proud! Good job, baby! Again!

- We should be moving our bedroom into the sunroom pretty soon I think.

And here are some pictures from Memorial Day weekend on my MySpizzle Blog. I stole them from Amy who is my lovey face so I know she won't mind. lol
