**This recipe is ideal for vegetarian or non-vegetarians alike, it can be made with tuna or without, I like it both ways. Thought I would share it here. I think Ill throw some recipes on here, at least until I create a LJ Recipe only journal ;)

YOU WILL NEED:
8oz (225g) Bows Pasta (I use Whole wheat but reg works too)
2 Qts (2L) Boiling water
2tsp salt
1/3 cup Low fat mayo
1/4 cup Non-fat sour creme (I use lactose free soursoupreme-soy based)
2 Tsp Low-Sodium Soysauce
1 Tsp paprika
1/8 Tsp Hot sauce
1 can white tuna packed in water and undrained
2cups seeded,diced tomatoe (optional)
2 green onions thinly sliced

Cook Pasta in boiling water and salt in a large uncovered pot for 10 to 15 mins until tender but firm. Drain and rinse well with cold water

For dressing, combine mayo, sourcreme, soysauce, paprika, and hotsauce together in separate bowl until smooth, add tuna with water and stir breaking up the tuna with a fork.

Combine tomatoe and green onions to pasta, then add in the 'dressing', toss gently to coat, and then cover and chill before serving. makes about 4 cups.
