Nice Quiet Weekend
Not much to to report on the weekend. Friday's seem to be back into their normal routine. Mark is finally feeling well enough to go out, so Friday night was back into the meet Mark and Joe for the Costco / Dinner schedule.
On Saturday, we unpacked and set up the new computer (got a Dell, dude). It's going to be really nice to be able to play around with music and video on this desktop. Mike went to get his haircut so I spent a few hours cleaning house (sorry this is such a boring entry). Saturday night John came over (finally) and we went to dinner and then came back and hung out in the hot tub, etc. He's a really nice guy, but no pressure for this to develop into anything, we'll see where it goes. He does call twice a day mostly so I think in the three weeks of knowing him, I've talked to him more than some family members.
Sunday was another Mark and Joe day. Not much to tell about other than doing Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond and T.J. Maxx. We finally remembered that there is now a La Tolteca in West Chester so we went there for dinner.
We were back home and winding down the weekend by 7:30. Brutus was tired too as usual. A day a Mark's house always does that to him. Funny thing happened at about 2am. He must have been dreaming about something, all of a sudden he started howling in his sleep. It was odd, his eyes were closed and everything and he was howling like he used to do when he was just a little puppy. Wonder what was going on in that canine brain of his.
I have decided to move my journal to another site that I found, but I will still be keeping this one as well. I haven't come up with a system to figure out when I'll post here and when I'll post over there, but I'll let anyone who cares to know when and where that is.
Turns out I have two journal fans now. So I guess I'll have to either start having a more exciting life or just making things up. :)
