Special Entry Tonight
I just wanted to take the time to say goodbye to the sweetest dog I've ever known. Our black lab Hunter passed away this evening. After a lot of health problems that were just getting progressively worse, Mike and I realized it was time to let go. So earlier this week we called the vet and made the arrangements to take her this evening. At around 7, she put her head in my arms, took a deep breath and left us. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but we know it was the right thing to do. She was so unhappy and in a lot of pain.
She was a sweetheart and was a very loving part of our family. She will be sorely missed. I think it was an honor to have her in our lives for the 10 years that she was here.
I know she's somewhere tonight, feeling a lot better, running around again. And I know she's not alone cause wherever she is she's with Morgen and Terror; her best buds.
Your daddies and Brutus will miss you Hunter.
