I've just spent most of the afternoon reading the newly-finished Seraph for the first time; luxuriating in Spike mpreg that makes sense and is funny and even *gen*. Surprised? Baffled? Funnier than that Santa was slayed (I won't even go there), is that Faith had checked in advance. Heh. She might pretend to be the cool, easy-going mom, but she's just as cautious as Giles. Nice!

All part of the Slayer training, you know! (And with Anya's take on Santa Claus, I'd have double-checked). It's always nice to write a little Faith-the-Slayer, not Faith-the-rebel. And then go back and write the opposite, of course...

Not bendy, not happy, and unable to do anything about it. Putting mittens on them just completes the helplessness (says the unfeelingly-cackling godmother of several. The boys seem to get especially wound up by the whole thing...)
