This was wonderful!

I loved this line:
“I can fight,” said Giles, brandishing his ashtray futilely. He was not too out of condition for fieldwork, whatever the newest lot of Slayers might graffiti in the loos.

this series is ridiculously adorable and i love it so much, even though i don't often go for the married-baby-slayer fics *at all*. Yet somehow you make me totally love them. Actually, I know how you do it - you have such a beautifully developed sense of who Faith and Giles are, and how they are together that is completely in character for them both, and it makes it totally worth the read.

Lovely! It's so neat to read about an older, more confident, more mature Faith, and of course the Faith/Giles makes me very happy indeed. Love seeing them work out this life that's full of routine-bodily-harm and the like.
