Off to a good start!

WEll well well ... I started a new diet/workout thing yesturday and I know I know Im only on day two .. but its going really well and Im feeling really great about it! I am going to be using this as a little journal thing to keep myself on track, and Ill be counting on my fellow LJ buddies to keep me on track too .. SO THIS MEANS YOU!!

Beginning weight: 197lbs
Height: 5'6
Goal: Weigh in at 167 by September 12

Day 1:

Breakfast: bowl of honey nut cheerios, bottle of water
Lunch: bowl of mac n cheese, grapes, bottle water
Dinner: pizza :( and diet coke, bottle of water

Workout: Walked at fast pace 2 miles/36:00, 300 situps

So far I am feeling pretty good about what Im doing, and cant wait to start seeing some results, in hopes of keep on going!!

Anyways .. enough about that. Life is going pretty good as of right now. Im going to Kaileigh's after babysitting today, cant wait to see my little girl! I miss her, havent seen her since before the Rascal Flatts concert Saturday night (speaking of which was AWESOME .. didnt mention that at all, but it was prolly the best concert I have ever been to .. I just loved it so so much) and so I cannot wait to see her today. Nothing else is really going on .. gotta lay low on going out this week and next week cuz im runnin low on cash this week, got rent to pay for and with buying my car, that set me back a little bit. Prolly should have waited on the car until next week, so I have some money to live on, but didnt exactly work out so well.
