LaLaLa.. She's stuck, help me?

Blah, this is not a brush update =( though i wish it was.. Im a little stuck on what sort of brushes people would like? No inspiration more like it, and i really dont want to make brushes that can be found on other journals ect. Im stuck *tear* i hate creativity blocks.. So if anyone has any ideas on what sort of brushes you would like to see..

hm.. oh,oh. make word brushes. for example... my journal. http://www.greatestjournal.com/users/white__houses/608.html i'm not on LJ anymore..but those words like "arrested" "missing" it would rock if you made some stuff like that. i'm pretty much sure anything you make would be good.

I'm looking for polariod brushes and tape (like scotch tape) brushes, and can't find any ANYWHERE :(

I know I'm not looking at the right places... but I'm new at this, and it's hard to find stuff. but I ReaLLY REALLY want to download some ::whimper::

I am just curious... What is a "brush"? I mean... I know what a briush is in photoshop and how to use it or make it, but I don't know how oyu use it in icon making. Is it a border, or what? why does it have to be a brush, why can't you just use it as an image?

I'm just not sure exactly what the use of the brush is or what exactly the definition of a brush is to you guys.

Well, a brush is a brush hehe.. You said you knew what a brush is for photoshop and you know how to use them ect, well thats all these brushes are. But these brushes are made for 100x100 icons. So brushes that will look good for 100x100 icons, and yes.. They are borders or they can be little ding bats to spice up the icon, or anything really! The brushes are just used to spice up the icon, ect.. Just like you would use brushes in photoshop to create a layout ect.
You can use them as images as people create image packs, but they are made as brushes so they look better when you use them as brushes, as some are transparent backgrounds or some have low opacity ect.
Definition of a brush? Just look around here and at 100x100 brushes to see what they are ;D

i'd love to see text brushes from lyrics from songs. wanderingdream makes some really good ones @ 100x100_brushes i LOVE them, and everyone seems to like them. hope that helps.
