Reverb: Make
December 6 - Make. What was the last thing you made? What materials did you use? Is there something you want to make, but you need to clear some time for it?
I win at this entry ;) The last things I made were presents for Par and Ann. I made Dad a big fleece tube that can be used as a scarf that goes up over your face to keep warm outside, and I made Ann a cute ruffley fleece scarflette. It turns out ruffles are ridiculously easy, and I'm really starting to like them as a design element.
I also made them a lovely polymer clay (over glass ball) ornament - pictures after I give the rest away - and a picture frame that I covered with polyclay to look like rock. That was actually super fun and easy, and I'll likely be buying some cheap wooden frames to cover and sell.
In progress are more gifts, and a repurposed dress for myself. I'm thinking of starting a refashioning blog...
