January..
So much had happened in the past month and I have been busy shuttling around.
And it was January, the first month of 2008 only!
Went to get 2nd opinion on this and get myself MRI-ed on the neck plus x-ray of cervical spine.
Even though I was a walk-in patient, which entitled me of NO subsidy at all, I had to wait way long time just to see the specialist and get MRI-ed. Gosh! I think that is how public hospital works. I waited 1.5 hr longer than my appointment time for MRI and almost 2 hr for the consultations. Pretty shocked of the MRI's cost, bloody expensive!
At the end of consultation, the good news is nothing so serious that needs treatment. Some discs degeneration were found, looks like some nerves are getting pressed, but no major issues. He commented that it is all because I have loose joints. The bad news? No solution of pin and needles on the arm and numbness on the shoulder. I did ask if I should go to see neurologist instead. The answer was 'No, unless you feel a higher degree of pain'.
Hmm... I should wait till it becomes MORE painful to see neurologist. Okay....
No medication? ' Do you need anything for the pain?'
Hmm........ Pain killer? No, thanks. Won't solve the problem
Physiotheraphy? 'Not it will help much, but they can teach you a better posture'
Hmm...... so no need of these and no need of those...
The conclusion is wait till the pain is more severe *smack head*
Well at least I am grateful that no surgery is needed.
Other thing was .... I blew up something that I have been wishing for.
One year it has been and here I am, back at the crossing point to decide which way I have to take.
Pretty much disappointed on this.
I know I have to do some changes and have to do it FAST.
The affair with my bangs were not so smooth also.
After this, I went back because of my stubborn hair.
A re-perm it was. Thank God it was free.
Free re-perm, free wash & blow and I got a FOC comb when the stylist realised I didn't have any and the dry locks have been messily entangled!
Went back for colouring, so here's the new look
Again with FOC trimming fringe when I casually mentioned that I thought it needed a trim.
I think I should rave this hair stylist of mine hahaha..
So there! I have been abusing my hair for the the past 6 weeks!
When I reached home, I got this
*smile*
My own oven!
We only have microwave at home and this is surely come at the right time.
An early birthday pressie from my sweet colleagues and 2 of them were kind enough to deliver it to my place with the message
'So you can bake something for New year!'

1 Month had past.
For all the nice things that I have went through, I will take them as the good things to start a new year (western one it is)
For all the bad things, I will put them a rest as the closing of my ups and downs - happening life - during the Pig Year, with a brand new hope in Rat Year.
ETA : I must rave this one also
