Dear Incoming First-year student:
This past weekend, we had an unfortunate occurrence on our housing
system.
While our vendor was attempting to assign reservation times to our
incoming
graduate students, a number of first-year students were also assigned a
reservation time, which allowed the option to reserve a room. This was
an error.
We will be canceling all housing assignments and reservation times on
your account today but please know that you will receive a new
reservation time on May 2, as was outlined in our information. If you
need further information about the reservation times, the selection
schedule, or anything to do with the housing process, please check our
website at: www.emory.edu/HOUSING/SELECTION.
