Quick Update Written Sneakily At Work
I haven't updated in ages. I'm still around I just have got so much on at the moment that I have no time for anything fun anymore :(
I'm working Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, full time on all days except Friday when I'm just in from 10 till 2. Then on tuesday and wednesday I'm at SIF sorting out the festival stuff which is a complete other giant pile of work. This week I did take time off SIF as I stayed over at my cousin Sasha's on tuesday night and then we went into town on the wednesday. She decided to spoil me and bought me a superman glass, yay! Then she kept trying to buy me Snowhite on DVD. I planned on buying it today as it was payday but then I get a call from her yesterday saying to stop by her work when I finished work and she'd already bought me it. Her logic is I buy her things all the time and she should be allowed to buy me stuff.
What else...Dad is going car shopping with me next week so that should be interesting. We'll see what we can find. I can probably afford around £150 a month in payments so if I can find something decent with that monthly payment then I'll be happy.
We're having a PJ's party at work today. I just wore the superman hoodie I always wear but lots of people are dressed in sleepwear which is making me sleepy. Don't ask me why! I just feel super tired today because of all the sleep wear.
I finish work in 10 minutes. Yay!
I've not seen Katie properly in ages. It makes me sad :( I need to figure out a time to have a day of fun with her. She's free to meet me anytime other than Sundays which is church day for her. So I need to arrange some free time soon or I might got a little crazy. Some Katie time always makes me feel sane. Spending time at SIF has meant that I see a lot more of Tahra and Gail though. I've known Tahra for less than a year and already she's one of the people I know I could trust with anything. It's nice to have friends that you know you can count on no matter what. Speaking of friends I also need to arrange time to meet up with Ashley to have a post-we have our degrees in paper now celebration! Yes my degree came through the post. Dad sat and examined it and I was just like '...it's a degree.'
I see Shabana on Sunday! Yay! I miss Shabana. But we're seeing New Moon and she's going to be all Jacobed out. I plan on hiding behind her from all the Jacob fangirls. She will be my shield. hehe.
I got paid today which means that I can start buying Christmas presents. I have a short list of people to buy for. I should also go buy some snacks for New Moon since Cineworld never has a great selection of junk food.
One minute to go. I should stamp these letters and get them sent through internal mail. That is my quick update!
