New Schedule

I've been working 8 am - 4:30 pm for two days, now, and I am WORN OUT! How do y'all DO this??

It's not that my job is physically demanding; it's basically a desk job, but I'm answering e-mail non-stop. Monday was demanding, because we were cleaning up from the weekend. Yesterday was lighter, but by 2:30, I was facing serious burn-out, to the point of becoming noticeably cranky by 3:30. I don't even want to THINK about the bone-head mistakes I must've made in the mean-time.

I'm learning to get my household tasks out of the way immediately upon arriving home, because by 7pm, I have crashed completely, sawing logs in my recliner. At this point, I have no idea when I'll find the time to draw the next episode of BWM.

It'll come. This is a time of adjustment, and things will eventually fall into routine. My programming is adaptive.
