Residiual Feeling (Melanie’s Blog Title)

I don't know what it is, but reading Melanie's blog hella had me reminiscing. Residual feeling, what a title. She's right, no matter what is in our past, through memories, a residual feeling continues to occur. I have met some amazing people, each of which taught me something about life and about myself. Even though some may have creative memories of drama, the awesome memories most definitely prevail. So as I reminisce on who is in my life now and who was, I send a wish to all and that is a wish of good times, happiness, success, and prosperity. And remember to always "seek somebody who communicates in laughter, because one's laughter can turn a sad day into a joyful one."

Snap back into reality

Dude! Last night I was driving and the streets were dark. I went through an intersection and apparently the street curved to the right but I didn't realize it. *BAM* POPP* SKID* yup I hit the frekin MEDIAN and my rim CRACKED and tire popped :( There I was, in the middle of the street, blinkers on trying to remain cool. Got the jack out and the spare, took the lock for my rims out from the glove compartment and started loosening the bolts so I can take off the flat tire. I was able to take every bolt out except ONE and so I thought it would be smarter to raise the car so when I try to get the last bolt, I'd have more leverage. I started trippin because after raising the car with the jack, I couldn't get the wrench or crowbar (whatever you call it) on to the bolt (or nut) to try and unscrew it. *I started trippin* I called Robin and she called Nate to come rescue me. *TOTAL DUMB MOMENT RIGHT HERE* I realized that I forgot to put the lock on to try and loosen the last bolt that's why I couldn't do it. DUH! So by the time Nate came, I already changed the tire and was tightening the screws.
Do you want to know the worse part of the night? I drove him and my hands were black and dirty. ARGH.
This morning, Alvaro woke me up and I thought it was Saturday. I guess my mind wanted to believe that last night was all a dream. Sadly, it was not. I drove to work with a donought on and I'll have to replace my rim and tire.
All of this craziness, however, culminated with last night's experience. I need to stop being irritated and stressed out because those emotions are manifesting itself into my physical reality. I need to get back to things that make me happy and release endorphins into my body, like going to the gym everyday and not giving a crap about stupid boys hahahahha.
Reality...it is what it is.

Well sister... I dont know what to say about this one??? Just as long as your are fine and that your car isn't messed up. I love the fact that your so manly though when you take stuff in your own hands... . Although, the reason to the accident is very understandable. Unfortunately you where just not in a good place at a bad time... Think of it this way, you'll always know that there is a meddian there...
I havn't seen you like this since you left California... .. But please... Do becareful... I am happy that it was a meddian not no pedestrian or another car! We love ya and give us a call to hang this week...

you're hilarious girl! think of it this way, at least you COULD change a tire!!!!! I had to call my dad to change mine once. feel better i need to go to the gym...me and earl have FLAB bodies not fab at all. stupid boys suck. see you next timeeeeeeee. i have pictures on my camera for you! I'll upload them now!
