I will never send anything to Masshealth again.

I sent them my evaluation form so I could just keep my insurance with them and then a few weeks later in the mail I get a notice from them telling me that my insurance will end soon since I didn't send them my evaluation form. Awesome. I called and they told me they never received it. So they would have to send me a new one to send in and that takes about 5 business days to get to me.

5 business days later. Nothing. I decided to give it two more days tops. Still nothing. Call them and tell them that I need another evaluation form and of course they tell me that I already requested one and she makes it seem like my fault that I don't have it. So after that she tells me they will send me another one. 5 days later I actually receive this one. Sent this one out immediately. Of course by now the cutoff date has past and I don't have masshealth anymore for the time being and I need to postpone my appointment with my neurologist until this is all figured out.

I call about a week later to make sure they got it and that everything is being processed and such. Of course they have nothing and tell me to call back in a week or two, because sometimes it takes 2-4 weeks for them to process the evaluation forms. I tell her that I just want to make sure they got it in, because they didn't last time. She tells me the exact same thing. Awesome. I don't want to deal with it anymore so I just get off the phone since I hate being on the phone anyways.

I call back a week later. Still nothing. So annoyed. I tell them to send me another damn form. I get this one in a few days and I fill it out. I bring it in to the Springfield office. After about a 45 minute wait, they take the application, look it over, and tell me that I am all set. I ask them if there is anything else I need to do and they say no that I am all set and I can use my existing Masshealth card. So I will be going to the office from now on. I don't care if its a 45 minute wait to see someone for about a minute.

So now that that is all fixed, my appointment with my neurologist is now this Monday. Time for me to drive to Boston.

In other news, We Found Love by Rihanna needs to stop playing over and over in my head.

Also when I use this website, I feel like its 2003 all over again.
