Hey, livejournal, take a walk on the wild side. It's been three months, and so very much has happened in the personal development of yours truly.

I got a job working at the Tretter Collection in GLBT studies, which is essentially a GLBT Library. I don't get paid, as I'm a volunteer, but I have been cataloguing and organizing all of the documentation for TC Pride. I have been learning an incredible amount about GLBt history in the Twin Cities.

This is mostly because I have been chatting with Jean (pronounced like the pants) who is essentially my boss. Jean bought me a ticket to go to the Grand Marshal's ball in about three weeks, which i think is really awesome and strange at the same time:
-Awesome because I will get to meet some of the elite in the GLBT community.
-Strange because Molly said 'Oh, he's like becoming your sugar daddy' when she heard about it, and I'm worried _that_ might be what's going on. And _that_ would never ever happen (never), because he is older than my parents. COLLECTIVELY! (just kidding, that would make him like 120)

Rel came by the apartment today! It was so wonderful to see her, and I swear to God my apartment hasn't been that noisy since she was last there. It is kind of amazing how quiet my life has been lately...

I'm two weeks from being done with school, and for the first time at the U, I'm kind of sad to end my classes. They have all been really engaging and fun, and I have actually kind of maybe made Acquaintances!

Here is what I plan on taking next semester:

History 3001: Public History, 3 credits
UrbS 3203: Urban Corridors, 1 credit
FSOS 4104: GLBT Families, 3 credits
POL 3085: Statistics maybe?: 4 credits
Geog 1403: The Global Garden: 4 credits

15 credits total, and by the end of next semester I will be a senior! [time passes]
