So I overslept and missed work today - that wasn't so good. But I did what any self-respecting American would do, I turned a negative into a postitive by calling all my friends and inviting them to the lake with me. Of course I had to wait till they got off work, but that wasn't too long considering that I didn't wake up until 4:30pm. Kelly, Kathryn, Brian, Lee, and I all hit the water around 7ish, which would have been sooner if I had missed our exit on the interstate 'cause I was too busy listening to everything going on in the car. Anyway, we got there and had fun never-the-less. I managed to get into the water and swim around for a little bit, although that was it considering it got dark on us about the time I decided to kneeboard. This is something that shall have to be repeated this weekend when I have the weekend off.
Ahh, today was a good day. :)
