A GOOD health note, for a change

Sometimes there are genuine clear-cut markers of progress, even when it comes to something as overall ghastly as my health. I notice that since my move, I'm managing to function pretty well in the evening without any caffeine after supper, until bedtime at a reasonable hour. So my body's albe to produce that much more energy, thanks to better quarters. A good start, I'm thinking.
