As a ninja, I've faced a number of near-death experiences. My most memorable brush with death came at the hands of my very own roommate, as a matter of fact. He wasn't nice at all back in those days- almost put me out of commission for good! Is it? The struggle is now internal if your body is fighting the flu. Exerting yourself might weaken the inner defense.
