"Finally I Know All Is Fair In Love And War"

Don't ask me why I selected that title, I just did.

Life is life lately. Same ol' same ol'. But in good news I did finally manage to snag a job at Books-A-Million! ? Yes, baby! I know that I won't be making as much money as I am at Outback, but I also don't think that I'll have to pray each and everyday before I come in that I don't kill someone or something like that. So what I'm going to do is stay at Outback and only work one day a week, maybe pick up shifts if I'm really pressed for money. There are nights where I don't mind working at Outback, I enjoy the people I work with and I like having fun with them, but some nights I want to burn the place to the ground and dance on the ashes. Yea for new jobs!

I've been talking to this guy named Matt, we met on MySpace, of course. I'm not going into this thinking that he's going to be my boyfriend, I've realized that things like that work on their own schedule and may not happen the way that you think they would. He's a cool guy, funny, nice and all that. He's also 34 but you wouldn't know that looking at him. Right now I'm enjoying the budding friendship and letting the chips fall where they may. In the past I would try my damndest to make a relationship out of a friendship and wind up losing any chance of both.

The hoe hostess girl I talked about a few entries back got on my bad side. She showed how ignorant her ass is and now everyone is slinging jokes at her, including me (I wrote "Ignorance is not bliss" on the board one night). Basically she's insulting people's races, calling Hispanics Indians and mixed people Chinese. It's really quite sad to know that no matter how much we seem to move on as a society we're still stuck in the same place, at least some people are. But at least now I have an excuse not too talk to he ignorant ass!

It's almost November, and you know that that means. It's close to December, and you know what that means. I CLOSER TO GRADUATING!

Peace. Out.

life after, bam, new jobs, graduation, ignorant hoes, new friends
