My life
Ok, so I am so dead tired but I'm going to update anyways because lord knows when the next time I'll be able to is going to be. I have to dedicate a section to Tim's visit because he says so :)
TIM'S VISIT
This sounds so official now :) I woke up Monday morning still not completely believing that I had to get up to go pick him up from the airport. When I finally realized it was true I don't think the smile left my face. During the five days he was here we saw fireworks on 4th of July (while straining to stay awake from jetlag), hung out at Santa Monica with Miriam, toured Hollywood (or H&H as he is now calling it), saw a movie at city walk, drove forever to get to the beach and then sat in traffic for 2 hours to get home, got sunburned (him WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY worse than me), made pie and had a frickin awesome time (I almost put a Harvard comma there ;) ). I'm so glad he came and I got to show him some very new things. I know I said this in my last entry, but his eyes just lit up when he saw certain things and it was too cute. It was a nice break to the summer.
BACK TO OTHER THINGS
Tomorrow I go to camp. I can't believe it's finally here. Hopefully they'll tell me as soon as I get there what age group I have and who I'm working with. I'm so excited! As of now I'm pretty much packed. I still need to make my bed however. Urgh. It will be really nice to get out of my house and sort of live on my own again, despite what my mom says and thinks. I don't even know what she thinks anymore, but I'm not going there.
Brittany came over for dinner tonight and it was really nice to just hang with her. Miriam stopped bylaster to give me my bday present. Another cute purse!! :) There are only a few people worth seeing when I come home and I feel bad because I didn't see some of them. Granted, I'll be home for a whopping 9 days after camp, but a lot of people will be gone by then. At least I got to see the ones I did.
I'm poopered. Feel free to send my any mail, carepackages, food (with ziplocs), birthday presents and anything else your little heart desires:
