My short return to Israeli dance
Miriam and I went dancing tonight in West LA somewhere...SO MUCH FUN!!! I don't really know what I was expecting, but it was very similar to the Boston sessions with tons more people and a lot of different songs. Plus we learned like 4 at the beginning. Miriam got stuck with this geeky 40 something for the partner sets, he kept following us around, but of course I got asked by the cute boyfriend of one of the teachers. Lucky me :) They said he'd only been dancing for 4 months, but he was really good. There were so many young people there! I also saw my old dancing teacher from Hebrew High, that was cool. We hung out at Mel's diner after - good times with chocolate malts and o-rings :). Now it's bedtime for me, work tomorrow. 2nd to last day!!!!
