Despite that one beer I "borrowed" from my house mate who's gone to Africa for more than a month today, I am genuinely happy. Just for no particular reason. Maybe this is one of the moments where the good things finally sink in.
Came home, cooked a dinner that for once wasn't as horrid as my usual standard, enjoy said beer and listen to nice music... Totally relaxed. Doesn't sound like me :) Although I went into sort of a retreat. Oh well, why not share the good moments as well :D
Crushes can make every working day really unbearable if you are a nerd like me, a particularly embarassing one that is. But apart from crushes on hot solicitors which are so unrealistic, there is that much, much more realistic painter guy....
I MUST book a ticket for the Mary Poppins musical soooon.
There are 2 new work placements in town, from my old school, good fun. My house mate is weird, but well, so am I. Still, not too comfortable if I still feel like an unwanted guest although I am a paying tenant that doesn't have anywhere else to go.
Did I ever tell you the wedding was nice? I even liked Frankfurt much better than I could ever have imagined. However, I won't be moving there.
Although there's a GREAT job available. Another friend asked me to go to Hannover, work with her, share an office. Would be IDEAL job and situation apart from me feeling like I would never get off her back I'm afraid. Well, I'll see how it goes til the end of the year. I would really like to work as a Secretary for the Clinical Negligence department at my current work place before qualifying as an Executive *lol* Dreeeeams are my reality.
So right now, the only thing that troubles me is that we still haven't got a remote that is capable to change the spoken language settings on the DVD Player... Life can be so simple.
