So today was pretty high on the awesome scale...
first of all... BIRTHDAY'D!
I usually think of birthdays as a chance for people to be nice to me all day... I think that getting older bit is a myth...
so first the weather was beautiful, and that always makes me happy, then it was my birthday which also makes me happy... then me an' Julianne got bagels... also taped a sign to the fountain...bagel'd!... then there was definately a tournament... which was fought (on my part) with a crazy amount of happy energy... also talking fast... and singing hamsters... and we so brought the ruckus, heck yeah we did... and during direct eliminations, when I was fencing Melody, we were definitely dancing during our three minute break, because we are that cool... also I got third place... and am queen of the double touches!
and then I got to get prettied up for feast... and I borrowed an amazing dress from Dana... and the sleeves are long and pretty and make me ridiculously happy... and as I was coming in people sang me happy birthday :D
also real food... and pretty dresses... and dancing... then afterward Dan and I were swing dancing and I thought I was gonna trip on my dress and break my neck but it was fun so I didnt care
so my suite rented a movie to watch tonight... got Bridget Jone's Diary 2... ironically enough as I recall last birthday we rented the first one... crazy...
so I'm nineteen now... and depending on who I talk to am either a youngin' or am getting old... I never feel like I change... I feel like others change, and then the way they see me changes, but not me... for the time being I will remain in denial about all things... change... aging... it's something I've gotten quite good at
