so i've been discussing this with people and the question is do people really change?
i'll explain this with an example....my example FYI is noone yall kno, cept jenna. so this guy was smart, punk grunge, loved music, had a quick wit, funny, random, and just a cool guy. well within the past i guess 2 years has morphed into a ex-drug dealer, in and out of jail, used to do drugs, thought he got his gf pregnant (thankfully it was a false alarm) and just about everything else imaginable...well ya. ne way so the question is has he totally become a different person or is there still the sweet guy deep down who is just doing this stuff? is he still the same person w/ different views and limits but still sweet or is he totally different? i mean if ppl can change for the worse then they can change back....but the question is can they change at all?
i mean we were all born with a certain personality and i guess that cant really be changed but ....then again ya i guess it can....we can change our opinions, morals, limits, attitude and more but is that wat makes us who we are or is somin deeper? i've heard both phrases...."people never change" and "people change" but which one is right?
i guess (supposing ppl do change ) that the only way to tell is to just talk to them and look them square in the eyes and see. i mean ppl can put on an act and make u think they've changed. or ppl can change and wish they were still the person they used to be, or they can change completely. ahhh i dont kno.
so please respond! i really want feedback on this one, i'm still debating and havent made up my mind yet.
