Does watching VH1 mean that I am old and have horrid taste in music? I think the answer is yes....

Today has been a strange Valentine's Day Eve. I have managed to hear almost every song that I associate with an ex. Lucky me.

First Josh asked me to help him pick out music to play for his girlfriend tomorrow. Cute, and I love helping, but in the process I came across "Accidentally in Love" which was Ben's and my song, every Norah Jones song, that, unfortunately, he ruined for me as well as all the other songs he put on his "Becky" play list when we first started talking again. Amazing how cute it was at the time and how much it sucks now that he's ruined some awesome songs with his memory.

Right now, VH1 is playing an older Audioslave video. Luke and I didn't have a song, per se, but we met when I borrowed his Audioslave cd. I gave it back to him when we broke up. Any Audioslave song reminds me of him.

Ian and I didn't have a song, but, strangely enough, some song came on the Blitz today and made me think of him. I don't even know what the song was. Hell, I never listen to the Blitz, It was very random.

And maybe it wasn't random.... Valentine's Day inevitably makes you think of past loves, especially if you're not currently with anyone, or, like me, dealing with getting over someone (kinda).

Don't hate me, but I really like the new Train song. I think it's only because he's driving around NYC in a cab. Still, I should stop watching VH1.
