There’s 30 seconds, from 2:10 to 2:39 where it shows just a radio and no captioning. I assume the radio is broadcasting some announcement relevant to this but don’t know what.
In any case, BTDT. NYC isn’t the only place where people tend to thoughtlessly block bike lanes, but it sure looks like one of the worst!
Share the road - look twice, etc. (Bicyclists - ride on the proper side of the street, for starters o_O )
