I'll even use non-political examples. Look at how bloodless, noncommittal, and whitewashed all these reports from your standard media outlets are on Lohan's latest stupidity as compared TMZ's actually interviewing the people involved. Only one of the first three even mentioned the police finding Lohan and the other woman in a heated argument, none of them mention Lohan's hijacking a vehicle.
And Lohan sounds like such a charming young woman on top of it all.
