Definite food for thought here. What struck me about this video was yet another way in which people equate spoken language with intelligence. Just note: the first three minutes of this video has only background sounds: I believe it's the water running, some humming, that sort of thing. After that, she uses a synthesized voice (judging from the comments) as well as the captioning. And yes, it confused me, I automatically assumed she hadn't captioned it myself, talk about assumptions.
