Just a quick note...
It's crazy to think that exactly 1 year ago, today - almost to the minute, I was getting ready to leave on a plane to Africa...
I've had a crazy year this year, with up's, down's, and in-between's - but in looking back, I am just amazed at how much better I am doing now than this same time last year.
Really, I wanted to take this time to just say thank you to all of my friends - without your love and support, I could not have made it this far, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it.
I hope this post finds you all well - and just know that even if you don't always feel like it - I'm over here missing you, and thinking of each and every one of you.
