Pissed off! I took a vaca day for a rescheduled appointment at Temple U Hospital. I get there, and Oh, you were rescheduled for July 20. I DID NOT RECEIEVE any phone messages or notice in the mail, except for the one from May, confirming my July 2nd appointment. Cocksuckers. So I am not wasting another day to go there on the 20th. My stomach's been somewhat managable now, it's kidneystone time. All is not lost, as long as there is not a late minute cancellation for the urologist this afternoon. Oh, and the first rescheduling fiasco was Temple too. I was set for the 29th of June, and called to confirm the time in May, and they said they called me to change to July 2. Never had a message then either. Besides pennsic, I have two vaca days left till January. I don't need this crap. Not wasting them in such a useless fashion, I'd rather save them for something more worthwhile. And there was an overturned extended full sized van and another accident not far from there on Northbound 309 on the way back, so even my dad was pissed. He's usually stoical. Took us out of our way by Norristown Rd, to Tennis Ave, to 63 west. Extra 45 minutes. Well, rant over for now.
In other news, the workshop/ meeting went fine. Things seem to be going smoothly. I am envious of everyone going for the first week, and I hope the newbies have a great time. It'll be my eighth one, so I will live vicariously through their newbie eyes.
