There's probably some Inconvenient Telepathic Bond stuff with J'onn and (insert JLA member here). Like that time he got really pissed at Babs, only he was wrong, but hey, way to ramp up the intercharacter tensions!

Wasn't there a storyline in YJ where they were turned into cute animals, or did they just turn into anime versions of self? Plastic Man turns into cute animals...

I think she has something vaguely covering up her breasts in the issue itself. It's sort of a traumatic moment for Guy/Gal. She's all "this is horrible! I can't move right! There's all this... stuff in the way!"
