Author Judith Tarr is struggling to feed her horses, and has set up a Patreon, and a horse-sponsorship program. I'm not really in a position to sponsor a horse, so I wanted to point to her books being sold through bookview, which have reverted to her.
Tarr's writing can feel Old School, and some of it reminds me of Patrica McKillip, Elizabeth A. Llyn, or a cross between Andre Norton and Gordon R. Dickinson.
