Mourned Night Vale theory
Totally jossed at the point when they started to add new voice actors to play bit parts (Carlos' voice mail) but for a while, I was really enjoying my theory that Night Vale was actually completely normal, and Cecil's radio show was his own weird bit of performance art. I liked to imagine that the town was mostly kind of bemused by him, and he had his own weird following.
Josie Mikłaszewicz: "Never seen any angels, don't know about that, but I do have a grandnephew who comes out and helps me with the yard on weekends. He's a good boy. Single."
Hiram McDaniels: "I have never been convicted of insurance fraud. I've never been investigated for Insurance fraud. Baldwin is a lunatic."
Jason Telly: "I dunno, I think it's awesome. If this lawn business doesn't work out, I might open up a barber shop!"
Dana Carver: "Yeah, I gave him the idea for the cat thing. Theophilus, my cat, really loves the bathroom sink."
John Peters: "I think he's on to something! I think we should have a dog park! Me and my wife have to drive out past Desert Creek to walk our dogs, and I always worry about coyotes. Sophie's real small, and you know Pam Winchell's shihtzu got eaten by a coyote last year."
