ok, once again, my compulsive people pleasing tendancies have blown up in face. unlike big blow ups of recent, this one was relatively small. but as usual i'm living in my head. heather told me yesterday she sees the constant turning of my mind when its going.

it only working for good when i'm doing what i know is right. hopefully i can do whats right from here on out.
